NEW DELHI, India – 26th October, 2026 – Most industry meetups are built around a stage. “Ready For The Run” (RFTR) is built around the room. Created by Infini3 and backed by 50+ ecosystem and community partners, the nine-city AI and Web3 circuit has no panels, no keynotes and no product pitches. What it has instead is live polls, surveys and topics picked by the community itself.
Three stops in, the approach is producing something rare: a city-by-city record of what India’s builders actually think, in their own words and numbers.
What a Community-Run Stop Looks Like
- Before the event: attendees answer a Community Pulse Survey at registration.
- On the day: live polls and open discussion, with ecosystem leadership insights on topics the community chose and market insights shared in the room.
- Afterwards: a Community Pulse Snapshot is published for the city, so the room gets to read itself back.
The Rooms So Far
- Launch Party, Gurugram (22 August): a closed-door opening gathering. 152 participants contributed to the pre-event surveys and live polls.
- Delhi NCR (19 September), theme “Signals”: 176 registrations and 1,900+ data points. 81% said they would back a team over an idea.
- Jaipur (10 October), theme “Legacy”: 106 registrations, 3,500+ data points and 1,000+ live poll responses, from a room that was 55% students. Asked what would help most in the next 90 days, 25% wanted a clear learning path, and 44% were looking for an internship.
Across all three rooms, one answer led the “next-cycle narrative” question: AI + Crypto, at 45%, 49% and 50%.
